We offer a semi-structured 3 day/2 night retreats – that includes: Reflective time in nature, supportive containers to commune with horses, gentle guidance through restorative healing practices, energy clearing & rebalancing, guided meditations, forest bathing, mounted moving meditations as well as nourishing farm fresh breakfasts and lunches, and farm chic shared or private room accommodations. Afternoons/Evenings are free for you to explore, integrate, rest & digest.
